Out of the Blue is the new food experience area realized by Soneva in 2007. A two-storey overwater building where western and eastern cuisines are offered all-day to the Soneva exclusive guests.

Italian Pizza, Chinese and Japanese kitchens, robata grills and charcoil woks or teppanyaky plate are some of the dining outlets where Michelin-starred chefs create their menus.
