CTC CookTheChef introduced is selection of cooking and oven machines, Created and Made in Italy, and it has been approved his proposal of a 3 decks beckery oven.

The oven composition has been customized for the client with:

  • Nr 1 Hood with motor
  • Nr 3 Electric decks (refractary cooking surface),
  • Nr 3 Steamers serving each deck
  • Nr 1 SS Oven base support

Production Capacity and Settings of the unit. The oven is perfect for cooking:

All types of Breads and their families which need the steam (each deck has its own steam)

All types of pastry products such as croissant, cakes, bignè

All types of pizza or focaccia or breadsticks. For example the Classic Pizza : Dough ball size from 225 to 250g / Baking time 2’30’’ – 3’40’’
